This Privacy Policy describes how Livo Entertainment Singapore Pte Ltd ("Livo", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and manages personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). As an enterprise focused on live event entertainment and music performances, we collect personal data necessary for our business operations. This includes contact information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details), professional details from singers joining our roster (CVs, performance portfolios, qualifications, and employment history), business contact information from corporate clients, and technical data collected automatically through digital interactions (IP addresses and browser information). We utilize this data strictly to process event bookings, evaluate talent recruitment applications, coordinate gig opportunities, process payments, and communicate logistical updates.
Consent, Disclosure, and Retention
By providing personal data to Livo, individuals consent to its collection and use for the stated operational purposes. We do not sell personal data. However, we may disclose information to third-party service providers who assist with payment processing, event logistics, or IT support, provided they also protect the data in accordance with PDPA standards. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill these operational purposes or as legally mandated. Once the data is no longer required, it is securely disposed of or anonymized. Individuals retain the right to withdraw their consent at any time, though this may impact our ability to facilitate bookings, process payments, or secure gig placements.
